A transaction is missing

Why a bank transaction might not appear yet, and where to look for it.

  • It's very recent. Banks can take a day or two to send a new transaction, and WizeBooks checks for new ones several times a day.
  • The connection needs a login. See My bank connection needs a login.
  • It's already posted or matched. On the Accounts page, check the Posted and Matched views, or search for the amount.
  • It was excluded. Check the Excluded view. WizeBooks excludes likely duplicates automatically; you can bring one back from there.
  • You want it now. Choose Check now in Bank Connections, or upload a statement.
