I can't change my plan

If your accountant's firm pays for your WizeBooks subscription, the plan is managed by the firm. Choosing a different plan shows Contact your firm, with the firm's name. Ask your accountant to change it, or to move billing back to you; they can do that from their side, and you'll be asked to accept.
