Wize Wizard End User License Agreement

Effective date: October 7, 2026

1. Agreement and scope

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is an agreement between you and Wize LLC ("Wize", "we", "us") for use of Wize Wizard (the "App"). The App connects to your QuickBooks Online account and copies data from it into WizeBooks. By connecting the App to QuickBooks Online, or by clicking to accept this EULA, you agree to it and to our Privacy Policy.

Your use of WizeBooks itself is governed by the WizeBooks Terms of Use. If this EULA and those Terms conflict about the App, this EULA controls.

If you use the App for a business, you agree on that business’s behalf and confirm you have authority to do so, including authority to connect its QuickBooks Online company. You must be at least 18 to use the App.

2. License

Subject to this EULA, Wize grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the App to move your own QuickBooks Online data, or data you are authorized to move, into WizeBooks companies you have access to.

The App is licensed, not sold. Wize and its licensors keep all rights, title and interest in the App, including all intellectual property rights. Any rights not expressly granted here are reserved.

3. Connecting QuickBooks Online

Authorization. You connect the App by signing in to Intuit and approving access. You authorize Wize to access your QuickBooks Online company data through Intuit’s APIs, within the permissions you approve, for the purpose of migrating that data into WizeBooks. Wize never sees or stores your Intuit password.

Read access only. The App reads data from QuickBooks Online. It does not create, change or delete records in your QuickBooks Online company.

Disconnecting. You can disconnect the App at any time from within WizeBooks or from your Intuit account’s app settings. When you disconnect, Wize deletes the access tokens Intuit issued for your company. Data already migrated into WizeBooks stays there unless you delete it.

Your QuickBooks subscription. You need an active QuickBooks Online subscription to use the App. Your use of QuickBooks Online remains governed by your agreement with Intuit.

4. The migration

What moves. The App copies the data types it supports, such as your chart of accounts, customers, vendors, products and services, and transactions, into a WizeBooks company you choose. The current list of supported data is at docs.wizebooks.com.

Not everything maps exactly. QuickBooks Online and WizeBooks are different products. Some data, settings, attachments, custom fields, history or report formats may not transfer, or may transfer in a different form. The App may show you a summary of what was moved and what was skipped.

Check before you rely on it. You’re responsible for reviewing migrated data, including reconciling balances and reports in WizeBooks against QuickBooks Online, before you use it for filings, tax returns or business decisions. We recommend keeping your QuickBooks Online subscription, or a full export of it, until you’ve confirmed the migration.

Running it again. Running a migration more than once into the same WizeBooks company can create duplicate records. Migrate into a new or empty company unless the App tells you otherwise.

5. Your data

You own your data. Data you migrate remains yours. You give Wize permission to access, copy, store and process it only as needed to run the migration and provide WizeBooks, as described in our Privacy Policy.

How we use QuickBooks data. Wize uses data obtained from QuickBooks Online only to perform the migration you request and to support you with it. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except service providers who help us run the App and WizeBooks, or where the law requires.

Security. Access tokens and data in transit and at rest are encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, and we’ll notify you as the law requires if a breach affects your data.

6. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • connect a QuickBooks Online company you are not authorized to access or migrate;
  • use the App for anything illegal, including fraud, money laundering or hiding income;
  • copy, modify, resell, sublicense or distribute the App;
  • reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App, except where the law allows;
  • probe, scan or test the App’s security without our written permission;
  • interfere with the App, WizeBooks or Intuit’s systems, or exceed any rate limits;
  • use the App to build a competing product.

7. Intuit and third parties

Intuit is not a party. This EULA is between you and Wize only. Intuit Inc. is not a party to it and is not responsible for the App, its content, its support or any claim about it. Wize, not Intuit, is solely responsible for the App.

No endorsement. Wize is an independent developer. The App is not made, sponsored or endorsed by Intuit. Intuit and QuickBooks are trademarks of Intuit Inc., used here only to identify the service the App connects to.

Intuit’s availability. The App depends on Intuit’s APIs. If Intuit changes, limits or stops access, the App may stop working in whole or in part, and Wize isn’t responsible for that.

Other services. The App also relies on our hosting and other service providers. We aren’t responsible for their services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

8. Fees, term and termination

Fees. The App is included with a WizeBooks subscription at no extra charge. WizeBooks subscription fees are governed by the WizeBooks Terms of Use.

Term. This EULA starts when you accept it and continues until it ends under this section.

Ending it. You can end this EULA at any time by disconnecting the App and stopping use of it. We may suspend or end your access to the App if you break this EULA, if your WizeBooks account is closed, if Intuit ends our access to its APIs, or if we stop offering the App. Where we reasonably can, we’ll give notice first.

After it ends. Your license ends and Wize deletes its QuickBooks access tokens. Data already in WizeBooks is handled under the WizeBooks Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Sections 5, 7, 9 and 10 continue to apply.

9. Disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnity

Disclaimer. THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WIZE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DON’T PROMISE THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT IT WILL MIGRATE ALL DATA COMPLETELY OR ACCURATELY.

Limitation of liability. TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WIZE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL, INCLUDING FROM DATA THAT WAS NOT MIGRATED OR WAS MIGRATED INCORRECTLY. WIZE’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE APP IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE FEES YOU PAID WIZE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE OR US$100.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Wize against third-party claims arising from data you migrate without authorization, your misuse of the App, or your breach of this EULA.

10. Governing law, changes and contact

Governing law. This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes. We may update this EULA. For a material change, we’ll notify you by email or in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the App after that means you accept the new EULA.

General. This EULA, the WizeBooks Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and Wize about the App. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer this EULA without our consent. We may transfer it in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
